Helene and Marnie who run their successful baby swim school in Spain have qualified through STA in Pool Safety, Baby & Pre-school, Beginners and Special Needs and Aquacise. 
They regularly update their qualifications by Continual Professional Development ensuring that their service to their clients is up to date. 
They are both enthusiastic and motivating in their teaching. 
Their swim school is Starfish Accredited with STA, which means that they use an International Teaching Programme, fully supported by STA. 
They are forward planning and are seeking to further their professional qualifications next year with STA, which will increase their service opportunities to their clients.

Hi Marnie,

Just wanted to let you know that due to his time with Little Fishes, Jake is now swimming by himself. I feel much more confident that he can save himself if he falls into the pool, which he did last week! whilst all us adults were rushing to get to him, he calmly swam to the side and climbed out the steps as if nothing had happened.

Little Fishes was fantastic training for Jake, he loved it and had so much fun I don't think he realised he was learning so much.  Sasha will be following him to lessons next year definitely.

My son Thomas who has just turned 3 can now swim half a width on his own under water.  Marnie's excellent teaching and passion for getting children to swim has changed my little boy who screamed his way through the first class to now swimming like a fish and can't get him out of the pool!  Since living in Spain, I have learnt how important it is for your child to swim as it's a day to day hazard if they don't know how to swim.  I would recommend and do recommend Marnie to everybody I know.  If you want your child to be safe in the water - Marnie's the person you want.

Phillip was 5 months old when we started our swimming classes with little fishes and he always really enjoyed it. I always used to look forward to the lessons not only because they were great fun but also because i knew that my baby would sleep really well that night. it's such great exercise for them and it really makes them tired and hungry. as we live in a country with swimming pools everywhere, I think it is really important to teach our children how to behave in water and give them a certain confidence so, if they ever fall in, they know what to do.
Marnie really knows how to make those lessons fun and we used to look forward to every week.

I have been swimming with Little Fishes since my son was 4 months old...At 6 months, he was able to float alone on his back and keep himself afloat for a good session of Twinkle Twinkle, it was quite amazing... By 12 months he was able to swim a  few meters under the water and enjoyed every second of it, I can truly say that he could swim before he could walk... At 15 months he could dive in from the side, swim to me, a couple of meters away and lift himself out of the water by holding on to me.  He can then swim back to the side and hold on himself...
Little Fishes has created a future Olympic Swimmer...

just to let you know that Katie and I loved swimming with you, she certainly learned a lot and so did I! I especially loved our little "competitions".   Katie loves the water now, is not scared at all and wants to swim on her own, even though she can't. She loves going under water and I am sure that next summer she will be completely off without needing me! It was a great experience. Thank you!!!

For us the course is not only about learning how to swim, its spending quality time with Max and having fun in a different environment. I would definitely recommend the course to any mums living in Spain.

I took my daughter Lilly-Brooke to Little Fishes swimming classes at the Mar Azul pool in Estepona from the age of 4 months.  Our instructors name was Marnie, whom I found very professional. The classes made my daughter much more confident in the water and each week she seemed to progress further.  It was nice that the classes were small, which made them more personalised.  I liked the fact that each 5 week course was structured and had to cover each stage to gain an award at the end of each course.  I would like to continue with the swimming courses to enable Lilly-Brooke to progress further.

We started little fishes last month when James was 5 months old and he absolutely loves it. He was made to feel instantly comfortable and happy in the water, and we are reaching, kicking and swimming underwater already!. I feel it makes him safer and happier in the water and will definitely be signing up for the next stage.

I have been taking my daughter swimming with Little Fishes since she was 4 ½ months old.  We have both loved every minute of going and because of this she loves the water and swimming.  She has learned to go under water without worrying and we have really noticed her progress.  Also bathtime is a pleasure with no tears when her hair is washed as she is so used to water being on her face. The lessons are well structured and Marnie is a great teacher, she really makes you feel welcome and loves the children.  The venues have been lovely.   I will continue to take her to the lessons for as long as I can.

My son has completed four awards with Little Fishes.  His confidence in the water has gone from strength to strength, initially he was a little boy who screamed in the water, now in the swimming lessons with Little Fishes he throws himself forward with joy.  We both enjoy our time together in the water and it gives us some much needed quality time together.
I can recommend Little Fishes to anyone who wants the confidence to excel in water, Marnie and Helene have always targeted the classes to individual needs whilst remaining focused on the task at hand.

I have found Little Fishes swimming class to be fantastic!

It has taught my Son (now 18 months) who started at just 3 months, confidence to enjoy the water, and for me, a sense of added security at home in our pool.  Our teacher Marnie, always clearly explains what we will be doing and, what the exercises should achieve in the long term. Marnie is friendly, welcoming, warm and passionate about what she does. She has a great rapport with the children and is very understanding of nervous mothers, and even more so of screaming babies (which has been mine on a few occasions!).

I would recommend "Little Fishes" to anyone living in Spain. Not only for the safety aspect, but for the sociability as well as the opportunity to share something special with your child.

We have been attending little fishes since josie was 10 weeks old. She loves it, apart from learning great skills at an early age we also got to meet and make alot of new firends. the groups are friendly and fun and we will be attending untll josie is too old.

I would definitely recommend Little Fishes to any mother and father who are thinking of giving thier child swimming lessons.  The reason why we wanted our son to have swimming lessons is because our terrace opens directly onto our swimming pool.  Taking Ethan, our son, to swimming lessons with Little Fishes has made him love the water and has given him the skills to be safe and respect the water.  He is now literally swimming like a little fish.
 
Due to these swimming lessons we have been able to enjoy hours and hours of fun family time in the water together.
 
Little Fishes are the BEST and THANK YOU for making learning to swim such fun!
